As indicated by the name itself, it defines lots of things as in ‘Their own way’.

We can observe today in urban areas that the fair sex is discovering their own strength. They are making their mark as business leader in US India and the rest of the major countries. It proves that woman of this millennium are liberated mentally too. We through our society believes that more woman should go forward and work. They should not limit themselves to the four walls of the house. So along with the projects taken up by the society, we are also trying to make them self- dependent in the following ways.

Making and selling of hand made sanitary napkins - By teaching them technique and providing them autoclave and dressing drums for sterilisation free of cost and material at budgeted rates. The profit coming from this method helps them to earn for themselves.

Making of paper bags for selling sanitory napkins.Paper bags making technique is taught to them.It is also helpful to make the earnings. Some amongs them have good talent in making pickles or food and providing tiffin services to the required area. The society is promoting such women.

Similarly many more to be carried out in the days to come.
